Hey, welcome. This is not about me but about RMO created by dan Ohis. just see what he wrote on his site and judge yourself… . . . . . . Dan here… Here at RMO HQ we have an eclectic mix of skill sets, which helps make RMO so unique and special (in our humble opinion). If you don't already know me, here is some backstories.   This is a summary of my journey (so far). You may know me from Resume Profit or Career Plus — but more about that in a bit. I've been helping graduates get jobs since October 2004. So I've been doing this for a while now (what's that, 8 odd years?). It was a grind (and a massive learning curve) in the beginning.   It wasn't until late 2004 that I finally "cracked" the secret code that worked for me. … which was when I achieved my first client get a job after tax worth N450K per month. What I had figured out wasn't a fluke either. Not by a long shot. Two months later I got more than 10 people with jobs in various companies, this was done while I was working applying my secret concept using myself as guinea pig… I have worked in the bank, in Etertainment company where I literally interviewed more than 1000+ people and discovered more of the secrets and passion am sharing today.   Yet another experineces with 2 big Telecom firms in Nigeria. I started a marketing company to consult for young and enterprising businesses. I developed the secret with much training from my memtors which I developed further.   Let me share a game changing experience with you... I had a business contract in the city of Ibadan some few years ago. While there I had a friend who needed a job. The wife was heavy with child… I was not in the mode for job consulting…but i had to help him. I drew out my model which I explained through out this website and applied just some few one-two-three- steps and before long I was apble to book an interview for him within 48hours. what I did is call a MAKE-OVER. In exact 17days this guy got the job offer and pronto… Everything changed.   Since then I've had more than my fair share of clients through this one client. Testinonies abound. Real people with real experiences. All that changed is – taking action and believing in that first step. I've met so many people who are plain just afraid to take the first step to changed their lives. That is why I created this site and a powerful product to give to you. To help you take the first step that could liberate you. do you really want a change? what I share None of this was a result of blind luck. I had developed a system.    I know exactly what you need. I know exactly how to leverage marketing in a way that almost "magically" results in employers reading your resumes and calling you for interviews that results in job offers.  Point is … this wouldn't be impressive at all — under normal circumstances. Except for the fact that 97% of those who used my system had one form of success or the other. I do not promise to be all knowing—but I have results that count for something. My claim to success (my secret power, even) is my ability to generate amazingly high conversion rates from job leads to job offers. October 12th, 2011 I did a stealth release of RMO (Resume Make-Over) version 1 (N7.5k product). It was to a small little waiting list. No big promotion. Just a quiet under-the radar test. 76.8% conversion rate:   In a nutshell… In getting leads for my client—I've done well. Converting job leads to job offers…I have mastered the art. Building long-term relationship is mainly my goal. I want you to be happy, fulfilled and a blessing to others. … everything I do (and teach) is customer focused. I put my customers first. Serving them is my primary concern. Doing this — having this overriding mindset and philosophy, allows me to produce some of the highest conversion (and retention) rates in this business. Point is …  I know what I'm doing. I know my shit. I know how to get long-term profitable jobs anywhere on earth.
